Talk:Multiple memory systems
From Scholarpedia
I have made comments and changes in the text but wanted to add a couple of additional points:
1. I am uncomfortable with the strong equation of declarative/nondeclarative with S-R/S-R. In rodents this might make sense but with humans it seems to be far too restrictive.
2. The review was focused too specifically on systems that have been studied in rodents. There is a lot of work in humans on things like repetition priming that should certainly be present in any review of memory systems. I have tried to add a bit of it.
