Gerald Tesauro's article on TD-Gammon

Hi, WikiSysop. I was just editing the Wikipedia article on TD-Gammon, and found that Gerald Tesauro wrote a Scholarpedia article about the same topic, which appears exceptionally thorough and authoritative. However, on April 2, 2013, it "expired and reverted to proposed status". That makes it unsuitable for citing on Wikipedia. The Scholarpedia article had once been approved, so I wonder if all that's needed is someone to say, "I checked it, and the article is still OK."
